Can't Access Router Login Page--Router in Access Point Mode

It is still possible to access the admin page of the router even if it's in AP mode.
If you do not know what IP address was assigned to it or you didn't assign one then your options are using an IP scanner or look at the DHCP server, in your case it could be the main router.
The DHCP server of the main router should show the IP addresses that it assigns on your devices.
You will be able to identify that it's the router since it will use the Device Name or the MAC address of the device.
One example of IP scanner is Advanced IP scanner. So again, the software will identify the devices through the device name/computer name/MAC addresses.

Thank you for your response. The article says that the features are "grayed out."
That's not the problem that I'm having. I can't even get to the interface in which those options are grayed out.
