Can't access single website
I am unable to access https://safetechhawaii.com. Can't browse to it, can't ping it, and traceroute fails. The router is not using any site blocking. I am using ethernet connection only, not wifi....

Can you provide a screen capture of this 192.16N.X.Y?
Does this appear on the routers web page under Advanced tab/Setup.LAN setup?
Have you attempted a factory reset and setup from scratch and use the routers default LAN IP address of 192l.168.1.1 to see if this helps any? https://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

I am filing the bug report right now, using the Nighthawk app for Android, as I was directed by Netgear tech support today.
What I found is that the router is misidentifying IP addresses of the form 192.16N.X.Y as private (local) IPs. It should be looking for 192.168.X.Y, but it looks for 192.16N.X.Y. So it appears that when an IP has any value of N, 0-9, the IP will be recognized as local, and the routing then fails. Any website with an IP like this will be inaccessible.

It's a bug and Netgear now has the bug report. They should figure out a better way for users to submit bug reports! I was caught in a laughable loop trying to shake my phone hard enough, and then supply the URL to my bug report PDF before the Nighthawk app timed out once again. 🤣

I have given up on Netgear customer support—absolutely horrible. Router is EOL so no more firmware updates. Amazon gave me a refund.

Would have been nice if you had given a bit more information and feedback to the question presented to better help you troubleshoot this. But ya, the R6000 series is EoL. Glad you got a refund.
Good Luck.

Once I determined that this issue was caused by a bug in the firmware, I didn't need any help troubleshooting. I did the troubleshooting to determine the bug.
It's good that this thread exists, so that anybody else who encounters this will know that you'll get no help from Netgear—don't even bother. The unit is EOL and there's no more firmware updates. This bug exists in the final firmware version. AC1600 WiFi Router (R6260) is a brick. Well, mostly functional, but who wants a router that is mostly functional? I don't.
