Can't configure GS110EMX switch.
Hi.
ProSafe lists the switch, but on hitting "IP Setting", and entering any password, I get this popup: "The Plus Utility management is currently disabled for this switch. Use the web browser-based management interface to log in to this device."
I tried accessing the switch via web browser at 192.168.0.239. I cannot access it. I have also tried factory reset several times. No good.

Hi, IP 192.168.0.239 is the funky IP, which is assigned to switch always when no DHCP server is connected during boot-up phase of switch. Your network IP range is not considered thereby, i.e. if your network is not 192.168.0.*, switch gets 192.168.0.239 anyway and you can't access it by just entering 192.168.0.239 in your browser.
One relatively easy solution would be to turn of switch and boot it up with DHCP server (i.e. router or modem) already connected.
