Can't connect to PPPoE
Hello, I've just purchased this Router yesterday. and i could not get it to work. The problem is, it simply won't connect to PPPoE I've updated the firmware and has resetted it many times. ha...
A Firmware update (obtained from Netgear Bangladesh Technical Support team) has fixed this issue.

Are there any special characters in your PPP credentials?
NO
It has Capital and Small letters and 4 digit numbers
Example : username and password : Imran4521
my username and password is same. could that be a problem ?
again it has NO special characters.
