Can't connect to router login net

I have not been able to connect and log into routerlogin.net. If I do a complete 30 30 30 reset, it will let me access it until I change anything. I have completely reset at least ten times now. The moment any setting gets changed, it kicks me and won't let me access the site again as if im not on the network (I am). If it does let me access it will say all my passwords and reset questions do not match what they have on file.
