can't connect to this network
I finally see netwear44 in my list. I put in the key and it says cannot connect to this network.
Yesterday, you said you were able to change the Wi-Fi password. Did it stop working, or did you never check to see if the new password worked?
Anyway, the password is case sensitive, so make sure you enter upper and lower case letters correctly.
At first I did not know what you meant and than I found out what I was doing wrong. I was putting in the key of numbers that I was given with the router and not the password. I put the password in and now I am connected to the internet. Thank you so much.

If it is any consolation, you are not the first person to do that. Indeed, it must rate as an "oldie but goodie".
A relative of mine got stuck in the same mire last week.
To me that suggests that modem makers need to be clearer in how they label these things.
