Can't connect to work VPN through R6250

Hello all,

I used to be able to bring my work laptop home and connect to my work e-mail, as well as connect to my office VPN through my R6250 wireless router. I hadn't done it in awhile but have had a need to access that information from home again.

When I attempted to use my Microsoft Outlook e-mail, it will not sync to the mail server at home. Also, the VPN connection, which used to work flawlessly, will no longer connect. I hadn't changed any settings in my routher since I installed it nearly two years ago, but I have upgraded the firmward to the most recent release.

Has anyone got any ideas or tips of settings I can look for in the routher that may be blocking the ability to sync my e-mail or use the VPN?
