Can't find a Device's local IP address (NETGEAR R6220)

Hi everyone,

my situation is as follows:

1) I have a NETGEAR R6220 router (firmware V1.1.0.114_1.0.1 - OS Linux Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS)

2) I have a Device connected to this router via a NETGEAR ethernet switch (model GS305v3): both the connection between the router and the ethernet switch, and the connection between the ethernet switch and the Device, are via ethernet cable.

3) The Device receives perfect internet connection from the router.

My problem is that I cannot find the Device's local IP address on the NETGEAR admin page (nor on Nighthawk). Actually, I cannot find the IP address of ANY device connected to the router via ethernet cable. In the admin page's "Attached devices" section, the section called "Wired devices" is empty.

Can anyone tell me how to find the IP address of that Device connected to my NETGEAR router?

I would be very much obliged. Many thanks in advance!

What firmware version do you have on the device?

A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The make and model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
