Can't find admin page from win10
for some reason i cannot reach the admin page from my win10 pc. I can from other devices (kindle) but not the pc. I've tried to reset everything, turn off firewall, different browsers, updated java...
I've tried the genie app but uninstalled it. typically I just type the ip address in the web browser. the 1.1 one. I can reach it that way on my kindle but not on my win10 pc.

So you had Genie and removed it. You tried and login by standard 192.168.1.1 on your mobile device and could but can not by a lan cable from your computer to via a lan port on the router correct using http://www.routerloin.net ?

not quite. My kindle and win10 pc are using wifi. Using browser with IP on both. Kindle can reach it. PC cannot. Kindle is on the 5g and pc on 24g
I'm pretty sure i could reach the page if I was hardwired but they are not close enough for wired.
To access the router via wifi with wireless login information on the bottom of the router.
I've already change the pwd for the router. I can access the page from my kindle and login and manage it through the web browser.
It's just not working on my win10 system. doesn't seem to be able to reach the page itself.
