Can't find my network

Hi,

My internet is working fine when I connect my laptop with an ethernet cable but I can't connect to internet via wifi which used to work. Neither of my devices can connect to wifi (laptop and phone) since they can't find the router on the network. All of the indicators on the router are lit(wifi, 2.4 GHz WiFi, 5 GHz WiFi etc.). I tried resetting my router and turning on/off my wifi with the button yielding no results. Can you help me identify the problem and make the router become visible in the network?

Best,
Erim

Wifi is a two-way process. The router sends out the wifi, and the clients receive it. For that to work the clients have to detect the wifi.

Can your devices, or anything else, see the wifi from the C6300?

Have you tried telling these wifi clients to forget their old connection to the router? Then set up the link again.
