can't find my user name
I was going to update my firmware for my R6220, but the URL asks for a user name and password, and nothing that I have tried works. Where can I find this info?
The user name is always admin. If you haven't changed the password, then the default password should be password. If you forgot the password, then you will have to perform a factory reset by pushing the physical reset button for at least 8 seconds.
