Can't log into router page despite using correct login info
Hello, I don't know the model number for my Netgear, but I am trying to log into the router page to port forward. I downloaded the Nightshark app, and even that is telling me my login info is wr...

Are you sure that Netgear made it?
Unless someone has removed it, everything comes off the off the production line with a label that clearly states the modem number.
That or it is something that Netgear made for an Internet service provider, in which case Netgear doesn't support it and there is no guarantee that apps and firmware will work on the device.

You need to look for the right button to press. It is in the bar at the top of this window.
