cant login into my router

Hi all, please can someone help, i am trying to login to tmy router  but keeps saying wrong details so i did a hard reset and still saying wrong details. is the login down or having issue ? the router is working and everthing is connected just cant login to change any setting and now i have hard reset everthing is back to normal so want to set all my setting back up for my xbox. is anyone else having this problem ?
