can't login to opendns
I'm having problems logging in to opendns. I keep getting messages about blocking sites because of content. I never set up parental blocks or anything. When I try to login, i enter my email addres...

1. It is possible that someone may have enabled Live Parental Controls.
2. Please provide a screenshot of the message if possible.
3. If you are unable to find the credentials, a factory reset can be a way around it.

A screen shot og message when I attempt to log in or of the message I get about blocked content?
I was the one who set up my router and don't recall setting any parental controls. When i try to open the parental controls it tells me that i'm not connected to the internet. So it seems i'm in some loop and can't get out. I have never set up an account with opendns so i'm not sure why websites are being blocked or who the admin is that i need to contact.
