search the web for your ISP modem and or call ISP and ask them to place it in bridge mode OR purchase a Access Point.

You're welcome,
You're using the router in a way it was not intended to be used, So it has limitations, when WAN port is not connected time won't sync, and turn off WIFI via schedule won't work either.

I put router in cascade (LAN to LAN) because of provider router (that is imposed by my provider) limitation. So, if I put the router in cascade, but in LAN to WAN mode, I could solve both problems?
