What is a LAN cable? LAN cables, more widely referred to as Ethernet cables, are comprised of copper wiring and come in a few different categories, the most common of which are Cat 5e and Cat 6. The cables terminate with an RJ45, or registered jack 45, plug.Apr 15, 2020

A registered jack (RJ) is a standardized physical network interface for connecting telecommunications or data equipment. The physical connectors that registered jacks use are mainly of the modular connector and 50-pin miniature ribbon connector types. The most common twisted-pair connector is an 8-position, 8-contact (8P8C) modular plug and jack commonly referred to as an RJ45 connector. Radio frequency (RF) is the oscillation rate of an alternating electric current or voltage or of a magnetic, electric or electromagnetic field or mechanical system in the frequency range from around 20 kHz to around 300 GHz. This is roughly between the upper limit of audio frequencies and the lower limit of infrared frequencies;[1][2] these are the frequencies at which energy from an oscillating current can radiate off a conductor into space as radio waves. Different sources specify different upper and lower bounds for the frequency range.

That would be a WNDR3400[v1]. It was not obvious to me whether you
had a WNDR3400[v1], a WNDR3400v2, or a WNDR3400v3. Still isn't.> [...] No one can seem to answer this question? [...]
Perhaps that's because no one has figured out what you're trying to
do.> [...] Pretty simple question. [...]
My questions were pretty simple, too, but I'm still waiting for a
useful answer to any of them. Look for "?".> [...] Can it be fitted to the end of the coax inside the house [...]
"it"? Cables typically have two ends. Where's the _other_ end of
your "the coax inside the house"?> [...] Because all it has is a ethernet connection on the modem/router.
> [...]"modem/router"? A WNDR3400[vX] is a router, not a "modem/router".
Thanks for the lecture series, but you might waste less of everyone's
time if you simply answered the pending (simple) questions.
I'm tired of trying to elicit basic information from you. Either
provide some useful information, or wait for someone with stronger
psychic powers (or greater endurance) to put more effort into this mess.- Thomas1026Jan 24, 2021Aspirant
Well like I said. Maybe there is something wrong with this site. Because I can undestand myself just fine. Looking at it from my side. I asked if Cable coax which sends a RF signal can be converted with the adapter to RJ45. Maybe you're not the one I need to answer any question about electronics that I have? Just maybe you should stop responding so someone can? Stop attempting to make yourself look more intelligent. Because you just make yourself look like an unlikeable person. Which is my vibe already.
