Compare 6250-NA vs 6250-NAS

Looking to replace AC1600 and wonder what the difference is between 6250-NA and 6250-NAS.

Sorry, but I left out some digits. The numbers should be C6250-100NAS (Amazon) versus C6250-100NA (BestBuy). See pix attached. I think you answered my question with the "version 1" from Netgear. Apparently, BestBuy truncated the number on their receipt. Hey, thanks so much for the quick response. Very much appreciated...

"AC1600" is a speed, not a model number.

"C6250" is a model number.  Is it yours?

Neither of those is a model number, either.

Generally, a suffix like, say, "-100NAS" on a Netgear model number
denotes hardware version "v1" ("100") intended for distribution in North
    America ("NAS").

It might help some if you revealed where you're finding these
numbers, and if you transcribed them acurately.
