Yes, but what is the modem? Does it have LAN sockets on the back? Does it do wifi?
There is support stuff and a manual for the WNDR3400 somewhere at the end of this link:
>>> WNDR3400v1 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<

Plz how can I connect a Netgear N600 dual band router Model
WNDR3400 to an exciting working wireless adsl modem router,or can
I plug into it the isp asdsl cable directly?

So, a modem+router, not a modem. Does it have a maker and model
number, or are these secrets? How difficult are you trying to make
this?

Why? Is there some actual problem which you are trying to solve?
The WNDR3400 is a router, not a modem+router, so, no, you can't
connect it directly to a DSL telephone line. (Does it have a telephone
cable connector like the one on your (unspecified) modem+router?)
It might be possible to configure your (unspecified) modem+router as
a modem-only, which you could use with the WNDR3400 as a router, but
with no real information about your (unspecified) modem+router, or how
it's configured, it's not certain.
It should also be possible to use the WNDR3400 as a wireless access
point with your (unspecified) modem+router. One set of instructions on
how to do this should be here:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/x/x/m-p/1463500
That's written for a C6300, but the steps are about the same for any
other router (any make/model) which lacks a one-step WAP option,
including a WNDR3400. Note that in this mode, you do not use the
WAN/Internet port on the WNDR3400.
Knowing nothing about what you want to do makes it hard to offer
specific advice. - michaelkenwardMar 17, 2018Guru - Experienced User

Yes it got a wan and 4 lan socketsThis tells us that the modem is really a modem/router.
WAN = Wide area network and has nowt to do with wifi. If you mean it has a WAN socket, that is another sign that this is a modem/router.

.... I want to replace it with my new Netgear routerYou can't replace a modem/router with a router. You still need a modem of some sort.
What you can do is to disable the router not of the modem and feed the Internet from that to the router.
The manual for your modem/router should explain how to do this.
- AdhamkhorshedMar 17, 2018AspirantThat's exactly what I want to do, disable the router in the old modern and repkacing it with the new Netgear routerthank you for advice and time
