connecting plw1000v2 to new wifi

so i have had my plw100v2 for 2 years it has been so good my warranty ran out so i cant call them thats why im here so reccently i got new wifi and need to use it but when i connected it the option to use the netgear wifi shows up i connected to it and it shows i have wifi but cant use it and when i connected it to my wifi. it made my normal wifi stop working

    Thank you for reaching out. Just to clarify, the issue starts when you are using a new router? Have you tried the powerline adapters? Please check this link https://kb.netgear.com/31523/How-to-reset-PLW1000-to-factory-settings
