Connection problems
Setting up new Spectrum service. Spectrum says everything works on their end. Brand new C6300v2 AC1750 Router/Modem ordered from Amazon.
Ethernet connection to laptop is showing connected to internet in settings, but when openning browser it doesn't connect. Tried clearing cookies, tried Chrome and Firefox, both are showing "no internet connection". Troubleshooting connection is not finding any problems.
Wifi network comes on, connects fine, netgear genie opens, but before I get a chance to use it, it closes itself and wifi network disconnects, and is no longer showing in available networks.
The lights on the router light up correctly. Tried reseting the router, same issue, briefly connects then disconnects and no longer available.

If its new, you can always contact support for free for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Click on "mynetgear" at the top, register an account and then the device. From there you can contact support.
If you click on your cable connections page, take a screen snip of it and post it back here. Spectrum is great at saying "the line is fine" when it isn't.
Also, get a screen snip of the event logs
