connectivity issues
I am hooked up to my new AC1200 model number R6220.
My phone shows that I am connected to my wifi and a very strong signal.
For the life of me I cannot understand why it keeps telling me I am not connected to the internet when I try to go on there using my phone (or my desktop). Any suggestions? I have tried unplugging everything and plugging it back in in a certain order. Anybody got any ideas for me? Thanks!

1. Can the desktop go online when connected straight to your ISP's modem?
2. What is the status of the Internet LED on the router?
3. Please make sure that you have gone through the setup procedure for the router. The links below may help out.
