Control the access when connected to 2.4 GHs

When I connect my laptop to 2.4 GHz wifi then the setup wizard is not open. But when I connect to 5 GHz the it works well. Can any one tell me what is the problem on 2.4 GHz? And what is the solution?...

Hi Shykoth1,

 

1. What is the model number and firmware version of your router?

2. Are you referring to the setup wizard on the router UI? Please provide a screeenshot if possible

3. Are your other devices affected?
