Customer service not good

I’m having a problem with the customer service they start ok but half way they stop answering but I keep on hearing dogs barking cars passing and yesterday and today I waited almost 1 hour didn’t get ...

As plemans says, if you rang a number you got from a web search, it wasn't Netgear.
