D6000 in cascata tim 200 mega

Ho messo il mio netgear d6000 come router in cascata al mio tim hub+ di Telecom. Al momento ho il contratto a 200 mega attivato, ma ho notato che il mio router sembra non andare oltre i 100 mega.
Potete aiutarmi a capire come mai?
