D6200 not showing device names

Hi everyone,

Recently joined the discussion boards so please be gentle with me. I have bought off Fleebay this old D6200 router and plugged it in to VirginMedia superhub3 to give a better wifi signal throughout the house. The signal is soooo much better now so the family is very happy. I will probably upgrade to a later model now I know it is better but in the mean time I have hit an issue which I'm hoping you gurus can help with, as the title suggests I have a lack of device names in the attached device list. This is very frustrating as there are a few devices I like to reserve an ip address. How do I get this list to work?

I have tried reserving an ip address to every device I connect but this is very boring to do. I've never had this issue before with a router, is it just this model? I have updated it to the latest firmware before you ask.

any ideas please?
