D6220 router firmware 1.0.0.72 Broken

As there is no way to contact Netgear support I thought I'd post here in the hope netgear technical support will see this.   I recently upgraded the firmware on my Netgear D6220 router to the lates...

after the update, did you ever try a factory reset and reinstall?

Sometimes firmware changes enough a factory reset can help after an upgrade. 

Thats usually where we recommend people start

Thanks for the reply, No I didn't do a factory reset. However I've had the router some time and upgraded to the latest firmware several times over the last couple of years without doing a factory reset and experienced no issues until this 1.0.0.72 firmware. I will try it over the weekend and see how it goes.
