d6400 sra setting
According to my isp their diagnostics say my sra setting in not enabled on my d6400, however as far as i can see the sra is enabled by default (page 287 of manaual) and cannot be disabled in user interface. What is my isp talking about and how can i prove to my isp this setting is enabled by default and i have not changed it? I have asked my isp to show me what proof they have that this setting is not enabled, no response so far, what should i do?

Something running slow? Can't connect? Something else?
