DELETE ACCOUNT
Unbelievably bad customer experience.
I Updated firmware on my old router, and then it said I needed to use the nighthawk app to configure it. To use the app I needed to create account, so I did - ONLY to learn that my product was not supported for the app. WHAT?!
And then to learn that it is practically IMPOSSIBLE to delete the account...please help me delete my account COMPLETELY!
