Device doesn't see Netgear 59_5GEXT

My moto z play sees the Netgear 59_5GEXT connection, and.the Netgear 59_2GEXT connection, but my ASUS zenpad 8 and 10 only see the
Netgear 59_2GEXT. Why would this be? The STRONGER signal is the 5GEXT.

    Please make sure that the ASUS Zenpad 9 and 10 support dual band WiFi (able to connect to 2.4GHZ and 5GHz). You may refer to the product user manual.
