Devices won't connect to 5G after latest firmware update
5G not working after FW version 1.0.1.76 ANY HELP appreciated...thank you
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?
Not yet, that was my next step.
How do you know its not working?
What is showing for the wifi led's? (color/blinking)
What device are you testing on?
I have tried to connect via my Samsung Galaxy phone and my laptop - both attempt to connect 5G then disconnect and connect via 2.4G on my Cell phone is says the 5G connection is SLOW...I did not have this problem BEFORE the firmware update
