DHCP Option 32

Does anyone know if the personal routers such as the WNDR4500 support additional DHCP options, such as 32?  I have an old UPS that needs this for the network card to accept the DHCP server it's talking to.

Thanks in advance if anyone can answer this!    I have a feeling I'm going to have to put DD-WRT on it or upgrade to a better router.
