Discussing customer support - RBR850
Does anyone have a means of contacting support?
Having spent closer to £1k on a WiFi 6 mesh system I’ve not been able to connect my wireless printer or WiFi speaker. Support hasn’t been able to resolve it and now are not contactable now the 3 months support has expired, yet the original issue raised during the free support period has not been resolved.
Granted I only tried them twice, because of moving house and it requiring a solid 4 hours of time in the evening to let them trouble shoot, time I just haven’t had over the last 3 months, but nevertheless, support should see the issue through. Does anyone have any means of contacting support?
