Does NetGear - N600 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit ADSL2 + Modem Router support (Model DGND3700v2)
Does anyone know if Netgear Modem/Routers support a Samsung SSD External Hard Drive?
Specifically, I use Windows 10 on my "Samsung Laptop QX410 - Model #: NP-QX41", purchased on 11/30/10. I have a "NetGear - N600 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit ADSL2 + Modem Router (Model DGND3700v2)" and intersted in buying a "Samsung T5 Portable SSD, 2TB, - USB 3.1 External Solid State Drive (MU-PA2T0B/AM)". It comes with a "USB Type-C to USB Type-A Cable".
Thank you!

I assume that this is through some sort of USB widget rather than as an eSATA drive, which the DGND3700v2 doesn't support.
The DGND3700v2 is an ageing (2023) and not very capable DSL modem/router. It does support ReadySHARE, but these things can be picky about the drives that work.
This might be worth consulting:

and

Those lists aren't kept up to date, and I have used large (8 TB) drives that don't feature there.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
