I have tried every password that I have used and can't get thru to update the new download..... &nbsp; &nbsp; Do I have to go to a reset nd start over?

if you can't get logged in to the router, yes, you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch using a web browser and PC.

I want to thank you for your info......I was able to start over and got the two updates but I was to log in after that and with the new login password it would not accept me. &nbsp;So interesting but the downloads got in so I wait till I have to login again. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;J
