Thank you for reaching out. May we know what is the previous firmware version prior to updating to the latest? Were you able to use the Netgear Downloader feature before on this model?

Unfortunately I don't remember previous fw version but the last update was roughly a year ago, so it may be 1.0.1.62 or nearby.
