EOS - need new device for my network

I would wait until black Friday sales or cyber-Monday or even end of year after Christmas, then you can get what you want hopefully on sale. Just because something is EOL, doesn't mean you have to upgrade right away, especially if you are not having issues.
After reading many reviews from customers on Amazon, including that the RAX70 is also going to reach EOS soon, I think I'll wind up playing it safe with a new device - the one Netgear recommended, with a 20% discount. It would be such a dragon if I got a lemon. I don't want to deal with that. Thanks a lot for all the input. It helped me a great deal.
