ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED after access to "device connected" page

Hi all - I got ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED trying to access to the router after a click of the "device connected" page.
 
It's strange because after a shutdown it works and all the other pages works. 
 

 

I access to the router using 192.168.0.1 (chrome, explorer, same result)

In the attached file you can see the different router pages that works!

But... when I click on DEVICE CONNECTED..... after few seconds I got “data not sent” message you can see in the attached.

At this moment, I can't access to the router and I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

It works if I shutdown the router.
