Error updating firmware
Every time I check for a firmware update on my router it says there was an error.

Not much to go on.
What NG product and model# is this?
How are you checking for firmware updates?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
You can also try manually updating. Its the method that I prefer.
