Ethernet to phone R6400 v2
Can I use an ethernet to phone jack cable to hook up my phone to my R6400 v2?

No. That line line phones need a RJ11 jack. Ethernet is RJ45. Most home routers don't support line line phone connections. Some ISP modems like NGs CM####V have phone line support here
