EX2700 WPS light won't go solid green
Hi. Can't connect extender to router as WPS light on extender will not go green. Can't contact with serial number as don't know purchase day so won't let me continue as says invalid date. Why is this? And how can I fix the extender please?

What router are you connecting to?
What firmware is on the extender?
Have you tried factory resetting the extender and setting it up using the installation assistant? (not wps)
to reset, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while the extender is powered on.
