Are you connecting the extender to the router via wps?
What router are you connecting it to?
Have you tried setting up the extender using the installation assistant and not WPS?
- The router is Vodafone.
Yeah I was using WPS. I tried via the Web setup but can't go any further as I need to be connected to the extended connection and can't as won't accept password.
Where is the installation assistant?Factory reset the extender.
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.

- I did reset it but I didn't hold for as long so will try that.
Yeah I tried the installation assistant via Web but as I can't connect to the connection as won't accept password it won't work.
