Factory reset not working (C6300)

Hi All,

 

I can't remember my password. Tried the factory reset procedure, now its asking for the answers to the security questions which I also don't remember the answers too.

 

I have factory reset 3 times but still the same outcome. Any way to reset the security questions too? I'm on v 3.01.14.

    How long did you reset the router? Did the router prompt for a new response?
