Factory Reset

I have just bought one of these switches. I had an Insight account through a WiFi install at work and think I added it in error. I set up new personal account but won't let me add device. Says it's already been claimed. Want to reset and start again but manual says do it via browser. But in can't log on via browser. There must be a reset button on the device but I can't find it. Any help gratefully received
