Firmware upgrade failed
My current firmware version is V1.0.0.12, and the new version is V1.0.0.76. It will let me download it onto my computer, but when I go to open it up, it says "the disc image file is corrupted." I also tried to perform the upgrade by logging into my router and checking for an upgrade. It will act like it is downloading, but it won't complete it. It says "The firmware file is incorrect." Any help would be greatly appreciated. I already got on the community and read up on some things. Seems that this issue is pretty common of firmware upgrades not dowloading properly, which looks like it can be fixed by downloading manually, but even downloading manually is not working. Blessings!

"it"? What, exactly, did you download?

Sounds like you should read the instructions here:

Don't try to "open" the firmware.
