Hi hartage,
We recommend doing a factory reset after updating the router's firmware. The link below may help out.

Dexter, Sorry for the late reply, been busy. Yes the issue is still happening but it is now less often. Before it will freeze 1 maybe 2 times a day in seemingly random times usually at night. After doing a factory reset, first backedup settings then factory reset, then backup restore. After doing this the freezeup still happens but now once every couple of days. This is a vast improvement over 2 times a day to once every couple of days but still not the same as before the upgrade when it was stable 24/7 and never locked up.

I encountered the following issues after upgrading to V1.0.1.24_1.0.18:
1. Slow WI-FI connection, to the point where at times it seemd to be crawling at a snail's pace.
2. VPN into my work's network slowed down considerably and this was over a wired connection.
3. Wired connections speed also slowed down significantly.
For now, I have downgraded to an earlier version of the firmware and this seems to have improved my connection. However, it is not as fast as it used to be before I upgraded to V1.0.1.24_1.0.18. I noticed that the GUI Language version is still set to V1.0.1.24_2.1.38.1, is there any way to downgrade the GUI Languare version as well?
