    Tracert was successful but I ended up calling tech support and I'm picking up a new router on Monday. So I'll be on my phone a lot this weekend haha

Plus the router no longer comes up in my network devices.....

    If you log into the router, does it say there is Internet connectivity?

     

    Try running tracert 8.8.8.8 (traceroute 8.8.8.8 on a Mac).  This should tell you whether you have connectivity to the Internet.  Do a tracert to your DNS server(s), too.
