FS728TP not giving 100+mbps speeds
Hi All. Can someone help me please. I upgraded to fibre but my Wireless access points which are plugged into the net gear switch aren’t giving the speed I am getting from the main router which is more than 100mbps. The WAP only give less than 100. Does anyone know what the 4 ports are for ok the right far end, can I plug something in where the covers are to get a gigabyte connection. Or is the switch just not up to the job. As you can tell I am not knowledge in this
Kind regards

"m" = "milli" = 1/1000. "M" = "mega" = 1000000.

> Switch with 24 PoE PortsIf the product description itself says "10/100", then I wouldn't
expect "1000". "Fast Ethernet" has been a misnomer for more than twenty
years.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fast_Ethernet
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gigabit_EthernetWhy are you using the antique switch? Have you considered getting a
gigabit/s-capable switch?
