Since none of my computers could log in to the router admin I installed Genie on my iPhone. I've configured the Traffic Meter and it's not tracking anything. I got the instructions of the NG website and did what they said. Nuthin! Help

if the issue in accessing the WEB Gui via computer's wired or wireless?
You might need to reboot to see if the issue is getting resolved. Some time the web server fails to respond. Only way is to reboot the router and all will be fine.
