Having issues updating firmware on my N150 Router

I've gotten into Netgear Genie and have clicked on Advanced>Administration>Router Update. I click Check becaus eI'm unable to find the place to download the file needed for the update. The newest update comes up and mine is behind, obviously. Only reason I found this out is because I was periodically getting kicked off the hardline making me use only the sucky wifi from my router way over yonder. Anyways, all of the videos and pictures I've seen from here forth show a Yes or No set of buttons that I just don't have. Yes, I know this is an old router (it was my grandma's and who knows when she actually got it) but it still works perfectly fine. I just need help figuring out how in hell I'm supposed to upgrade firmware. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
