having trouble with Orbi RBR50v2 5Ghz internet

Hello, 

I got an Orbi RBR50 laat year and it's been mostly great, but yesterday when I was having some issues with Spectrum internet, it kind of freaked out on me and I can't get it back to function like it had in the past. 

Spectrum went out in the whole neighborhood and I think they had to replace some things. I could get the internet to work out of my Surfboard modem directly into my computer, but when I plugged the same cable into the  Orbi, it would not connect to the internet. I tried rebooting,  doing the factory reset and nothing was working.   At that time the internet was working off and on in the neighborhood, and then it went out completely. 

When it came back up, Orbi started working again, but now my 5Ghz  connection says "no-internet connection" while the 2.4Ghz is just fine.  I've tried rebooting, but haven't done the full on reset yet. 

Any ideas on why the 2.4GHz would work, but the 5G would not.  and what I can do to fix it?
